Our Services Include:
- Coordinating Waiver/non-standard Medicaid services
- Arranging for Home/Community Supports and Services (HCSS)
- Environmental Modifications (e.g., wheelchair-accessible bathrooms)
- Home Health Care Aides
- Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
Additionally, we can assist in coordinating rehabilitation services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, skilled nursing, medical transportation, and more.”
